Bookchurch Updates - 2025

*We want to thank all our donors, sponsors, writers, and readers.

As of May, 01, 2025, Bookchurch has closed and no longer operates as a federal non-profit. We continue to donate books and reading materials through our parent company, Lantern Tree Books.

Bookchurch.org (a non-religious, non-profit) was created to provide free books and reading materials to those in need, operating from its home base in Carpinteria, CA from 2023-2025.

We are proud to have reduced book waste by curating specific book donations based on the requested subject and genre needed by individuals, organizations, non-profits, and companies.
