Joy Peterson is a teacher, artist, and writer. With her love for kids (her own and her students), comes her own children's book, Pillow Forts, Pizza, & Porcupines! A wonderful combination of poems, her own illustrations, and a side of silliness, this coloring book is great fun.

Charles' family had a unique background of ranching on one of the California Channel Islands. He collected photographs and information to create a coffee-table book, Santa Rosa Island: A Photographic Panorama, an amazing, unique tribute to a time and place unlike any other.

Teona Tone was an activist, writer, and publisher. Her mystery novels come with her real experience of working as a Private Eye, and engage us in a setting of the 1800's. Her Daughter, Jessica Schley, has republished Full Cry, and is in the process of updating the prequel, Lady on the Line.

Chip & Julene Fenenga created an amazing holiday story based on their own tradition of placing pictures of family members on their Christmas Trees. As it grew, stories were told, and memories were kept alive. They invite you to do the same with their beautiful children's book, The Story Tree, with artwork by water colorist, Nicky Drew.

Dustin Hoiseth writes a psychological and cinematic story in his debut novel, Nothing But Words. Set in dark forests, a writer and his friends head into a town for an author's festival, where modern life clashes with the shadowy narrative. The tone has a strangeness which seems to parallel Stephen King, the X-Files, and Twin Peaks.

An artist through and through, Rebecca has multiple talents including traditional basket weaving, glass murals, sculpting, and of course, painting! Her avid excitement for nature led to the wonderful children's books, Wall Dolphin and The Little Pika, with her own stories and artwork.

Author and illustrator Barbara Johnson was a third grade teacher before retiring. In fact, she was my 3rd Grade Teacher! Her background in education only adds to the charm of her children's book, The Moroccan Tree Goat, and her art makes the silly, tree-climbing creatures jump off the page.

An editor and translator, John Stelnicki, worked with Iris Hart to bring the Diary of Countess Anna Maria Berezowska into the modern world. His expertise in translating the words from the original Polish to English were critical for the title to be released.

An editor and artist, Iris' work on The Countess's Diary is elegant. Iris' vision of recreating the actual 200-year old Diary of Countess Anna Maria Berezowska, is a project built on passion, and recounted in the pages of the modern version.   

Author, orthopedic surgeon, and inventor, Dr. William Agunwa was a fascinating man. His studies took him to universities across the globe, including Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the USA.

His works, Jobs for the Boys, Love's Mirror, No Prisoners Taken, and A Shadowed Dawn, are fiction, but vast life experiences are felt behind his tales.
